This family’s brother has been missing for over 35 years. Everyone thought he was dead until recently someone contacted the San Diego family and said they saw him and he is or was at BICUTAN CAMP IN MANILLA Taguig.

I researched this on the internet and I assume it is NCRPO Camp Bagong Diwa Taguig Police Station, Military Base, and Campground Lower Bicutan, Taguig.

1. His name is RICARDO ORTACIO He also has a nickname “Maroon”. His Aunt lives in Tagkawyan . Her name is “Tia Benny”.  She may or may not be still living.  A cousin named Renato still lives there. Ricardo was born around 1952 in the Bicole Region. We believe that he may have attended  school in Manila.
2. Ricardo’s Father’s name : EUTIQUIO ORTACIO  nickname “Tikyo”
3. Ricardo’s brothers are  “Marcilino Ortacio” and “Wilfredo Ortacio”.
4. Ricardo’s sisters are  “Melina Ortacio”,  and  “Myrna Arcilla”. “Myrna Arcilla”was married to a person named “Oscar Mirales”.
5. Ricardo’s mother’s name is “ILUMINACION HILOMA” Her nickname was (“Luming”)
6. His sister “Myrna Arcilla”lives  in Santa Rosa Laguna
