My name is Matthieu Heimel but I was born Robert Padullon on the 23/06/1979 at olongapo City General Hospital. I have been adopted when I was 2-3 years old. I am looking for Ms Anita P. Padullon and according to the orphanage, the Kaisahang Buhay Foundation Inc in Quezon city where I stayed one year, Ms Anita P. Padullon is from Guiuan Eastern Samara. Based on administrative documents, Anita was approximativement 23 years old in 1979. The orphanage was not able to find her in 2009, but they said that she might be back in her hometown, Guiuan – Eastern Samar, so I am using social media as a tool to make a first contact based on the surname, Padullon.
